Viewer Management

The Viewer Management window lets you see and control everyone who chats with your stream. Check their coins and karma, manage their assigned pawns, ban troublemakers, or do changes for many viewers at once.
This is your main place to moderate viewers and keep the economy fair.
Tip: Open it with a game loaded so you can see pawn portraits and assignments.
The left side of the window shows a list of everyone who has used your stream.
- Type in the Search bar to quickly find someone by their Twitch name or display name.
- Click the Sort buttons at the top to order the list by Username, Coins, or Karma.
- Viewers are color-coded so you can spot roles fast:
- Bright red = You (the streamer)
- Green = Your channel moderators
- Gold = VIPs
- Blue = Subscribers
- Red text = Banned users
Click any name in the list to bring up their details on the right side.
When you select someone, the right panel shows what you can do:
- You’ll see a picture of the pawn they currently control (if any).
- Click Unassign Pawn to free them so they can get a new one later.
- If they had a dead pawn, there are tools to clear those assignments.
- See their current balances.
- Use the fields to Give, Take, or Set exact numbers for coins or karma.
- Changes happen immediately.
- Ban a viewer if they’re causing problems — they won’t be able to use most commands anymore.
- You can unban them anytime the same way.
- Banned users still appear in the list so you can manage them.
- Their platform ID (Twitch username, etc.)
- How many messages they’ve sent and when they were last active.
Click the Mass Actions button (top right) for tools that affect lots of people at once:
- Award Coins to Active — Give coins to everyone who is currently watching and chatting.
- Reset All Coins — Put everyone back to the starting coin amount.
- Reset All Karma — Reset everyone’s karma.
- View Statistics — See totals like how many active viewers you have, total coins in the system, role breakdown, etc.
These actions usually ask for confirmation first so you don’t make big mistakes by accident.
At the bottom of the window you have simple backup tools:
- Save Backup — Makes a quick dated copy of all your viewer data.
- Load Backup — Loads the latest backup if you need to undo changes.
- Close — Just close the window (everything saves automatically).
Use backups before doing big mass resets.
- Check this window regularly to keep an eye on the economy and spot issues early.
- Use the colors to quickly find your mods or VIPs.
- Clear out dead pawn assignments so the queue keeps moving.
- Only ban for serious problems — most issues can be handled by talking to the person first.
- The data saves as you work, but keep backups just in case.
