Updates CrawlKit to 0.17.0, ANSI helpers to 0.11.9, and transitive Unicode/tooling dependencies while retaining the Go 1.27.2 minimum. The release workflow now exposes a boolean
dry_runinput and forwards it to the shared workflow'sdry-runinput. Maintainers can build, sign, and verify the current version without creating tags, publishing releases, or updating Homebrew. make checkpassed on an AWS Crabbox with 85.1% coverage, no govulncheck findings, docs and release-script tests, and snapshot archives for six platform targets. Exact-head pull request CI covers Linux, macOS, Windows, Docker, docs, and secret scanning; every check must pass before merge. A signed release dry run follows the merge.
