Explores the final stack trace GA cleanup after #123988. Native exceptions, standalone traces, and thread rendering are in #114082; shared-view support is in #123988. This draft targets the shared-view branch so those changes are excluded from the diff.

Removes the remaining legacy renderers and unused helpers, removes the frontend rollout checks, and moves the trace drawer onto the new components. The ANR/template migration has also been extracted to the independent master-based #123989; land that before the final cleanup.

This remains a hypothetical GA draft. Backend flag registration and rollout cleanup would be separate.

Route native and non-native events through the shared exception and thread
containers. Remove the legacy renderers and unused helpers for the GA
experiment, preserving display preferences and ANR annotations.

Move the cases into the existing stack trace suites. Check shared downloads
in raw view and verify mixed-thread preferences by remounting with distinct
original and minified frames.

Bring in the native completion and shared-view changes. Keep the GA entry
points unconditional and carry forward the focused regression coverage.

Moves the ANR suspect-thread stack and template frames onto the existing
non-native stack trace components.

Passes thread and lock context to frame actions so the matching ANR
frame keeps its Suspect Frame tag and scroll action. Template frames
retain expanded source context and variable redaction metadata.

Keeps the legacy components used by other entry points. Their deletion
is part of the later GA cleanup in #123987.
