Moves the ANR suspect-thread stack and template frames onto the existing non-native stack trace components.
Passes thread and lock context to frame actions so the matching ANR frame keeps its Suspect Frame tag and scroll action. Template frames retain expanded source context and variable redaction metadata.
Keeps the legacy components used by other entry points. Their deletion is part of the later GA cleanup in #123987.
