Add reComputer Industrial RK3576 board image and enable seeed-extension

Adds the board image and release-target mapping for the Seeed Studio
reComputer Industrial RK3576, proposed to main alongside the companion
board PR against armbian/build.

• board-images/recomputer-rk3576-industrial.png — 1920x1080, transparent
  background, object fill 28% (passes scripts/validate-board-assets.sh).
• release-targets/targets-extensions.map — one line enabling the
  seeed-extension for the new target, matching the other Seeed RK3576
  vendor-branch boards (the extension depends on the vendor U-Boot chain,
  so the board is vendor-only, no mainline edge target).

Cross-reference: this asset is a prerequisite for armbian/build#11136 ("Add Seeed Studio reComputer Industrial RK3576 board"), whose Verify assets for newly added boards check currently fails only because this image is not on main yet.

Merging this PR first and re-running the check there will turn it green. The matching seeed-extension entry for recomputer-rk3576-industrial (vendor branch) is included here in release-targets/targets-extensions.map.
