Approved at head 19fbbe3. The organization-owned reusable workflow references resolve at tag 0.5.3, and the current workflow contents preserve the existing inputs, secrets, permissions, and Renovate exclusions. Remote CI jobs that ran passed; draft-only Prek remains skipped. No actionable findings.

This enables centrally managed Renovate policy for WG Scripts while disabling scheduled Dependabot version PRs and preserving security updates. Generic PR creation and auto-merge skip Renovate branches, while the existing hook updater retains ownership of pre-commit dependencies. Shared CI and PR workflows now reference the organization-owned
github-config-filesrepository at tag0.5.3.
