What changed in this PR
Documents the existing RSA-OAEP empty-message limitation described in issue #270. This is a documentation-only change; cryptographic behavior remains unchanged.
Changes:
- Notes that
CKM_RSA_PKCS_OAEPrejects empty messages despite the standards allowing them. - Lists the error codes returned for encryption and decryption of empty messages.
