Propagate the unchanged web-installed tree reviewed in #5. Native run 41758842863 completed all 3/3 diff partitions with zero candidate/open/reopened/unknown findings. Its independent metadata publication failure is the reported vypdev/copilot#882 issue covered by the owner-authorized Copilot operational-check exception. No generated Copilot asset was edited.

Promote the shared UI package and its reviewed npm publication workflow to master. This includes the Lit and DOM core and React, Vue, Angular and Svelte adapters reviewed in #10, plus the prerelease publishing workflow from #12.
Production CI will retain the five reproducible tarballs for the merge SHA. A reviewed prerelease tag will trigger npm Trusted Publishing after the package names and publisher permissions are available. Installed Domus adoption remains a separate step.
