Refs #27. Add the visible English/Spanish household administration workspace in both Ingress and standalone deployments: roster, current identity, own alias/private preferences, household, member access and HA mapping/profile forms. Each change requires review and confirmation against its captured independent exact revision; participant confirmations identify the stable target.
Application-derived controls and fresh member proof govern available actions. Retained drafts hide when current read facts disappear and clear on verified-owner replacement. Protected original GET recovery, historical processing, temporary/saved locale ownership and uncertain outcomes remain separate from current state. No automatic mutation replay or rebase occurs.
UI implementation

Backend source is byte-identical to published86, whose 4,374-test/full-coverage evidence remains the baseline. Current CI Check passes every applicable job and both actual CPU images. Current native review has complete context, all 8/8 partitions and zero candidate/published/all-state findings. The corrected consumer scope registration passes all 148 tooling tests with 100% supported statements/branches.Tests first reproduce seven draft-disclosure cases, an inaccurate preflight submission message and a missing participant-reference confirmation. Distinct initial selector/fixture expectations and old-bundle failures are retained separately. Current scoped evidence and limits are recorded in docs/evidence/household-administration-browser.json.
Concrete remaining acceptance includes associated form errors/back-to-edit focus and a post-activation profile change in both deployments. Work continues in this same issue/ref: complete retained HADM72/HADI8/HADW82 and 24 browser case audit, remaining boundary journeys, human UX and compatible owner adoption. No complete-feature acceptance, merge, owner HA update or Stable/all-domain release is claimed. All 20 owning SDDs, Copilot resources/code/configuration/workflows/credentials/bounds, gateway and installed Edge.5 are untouched. Previous progress-publication failures remain reported in copilot#828.
