Estimated code review effort: 3 (Moderate) | ~25 minutes Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to The PR adds RU v1 calculation-detail propagation but still routes builds through a temporary PD client fork and does not fully assert aggregated write-unit reporting in the transaction-file path; it is mergeable with explicit owner awareness and follow-up on those bounded risks. Merge master and use the official PD client in both modules. Restore upstream TiDB integration dependencies to remove the RU detail fork dependency and keep client-go independently mergeable. Signed-off-by: JmPotato <github@ipotato.me>

What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: ref pingcap/tidb#70251
PD owns the authoritative RU v1 calculation, while client-go previously retained only accumulated RRU and WRU totals. TiDB therefore could not show and cross-check a reproducible statement-level formula.
What is changed?
RUDetails, preserving its optional resource-control capabilities.RUDetails, including clone and merge operations. Both modules require the official PD client version
v0.0.0-20260908055558-001881051f7e, containing merged tikv/pd#11165, and its kvproto dependencyv0.0.0-20260903054228-107095f1d250.Integration tests use the existing master versions of official TiDB and parser, with
github.com/tikv/client-go/v2 => ../to exercise this checkout. No PD or TiDB fork replacement is required, so this PR can merge independently of the TiDB presentation change.Related PRs:
The TiDB presentation PR must adopt PD's final
FailedWriteBaseCostRefundCountandFailedWriteRefundBytesfield names when updating its dependencies. Client-go carries these fields throughRUCalculation.Addwithout reconstructing the formula.Tests

Earlier real PD/TiKV/TiDB testing used PD
d9b686cee60b, client-go production code653c1824be20, and TiDB72041e4b4b36. Complex reads,INSERT ... SELECT, andUPDATEproduced formulas whose RRU and WRU separately matched authoritative slow-query totals at six-decimal precision. Slow-log andINFORMATION_SCHEMA.SLOW_QUERYdetail strings were byte-identical. Switching to RU v2 suppressed the detail; switching back restored it.A separate real TiFlash pass used Linux/arm64 nightly
v9.0.0-beta.2.pre-216-g8541997d4, available replicas, and verified MPP scans with Resource Control enabled. TiFlash's reported consumption appeared as the opaquetiflash_ru(...)term and matched the slow-log value at six-decimal precision. These are historical E2E results, not a new E2E run with the official dependency pin. The current validation above covers client-go and its integration module; the TiDB presentation PR requires a separate update to PD's final field names before repeating the full formula E2E.
