A config [[table]] glob = "docs" (or "docs/") lists the files directly inside docs, as FROM './docs' does. Breaking. The directory is looked up under today's anchor (the index root); the lookup takes the root as a parameter so #1232 can feed it.

Checked by hand: docs, docs/ and top.md return identical rows on a config table and a path-table. Bash lists the directory itself for docs; a directory name listing its files is an approved divergence.
