Refs #1258.

Config [[table]] tables respect .gitignore by default, at startup and for watcher events, as path-tables do. --no-ignore turns it off for them too. Breaking.

Checked by hand against a path-table on a /tmp fixture: skipme.md and ign/q.md (gitignored) are absent from both; with --no-ignore both list skipme.md. (Bash lists them; .gitignore is the approved divergence.)

Red commit: cc3dcd4, CI run 37400350926.

  • Migration fragment with the same slug added under packages/{rust,python,ts}/migrations.d/

E2E Verification

  • Ran e2e suites locally for every affected SDK
  • Python e2e: glob_speed_gitignore, fanout, declared_table_name, on_file_query, query_contract (18 passed); receipt written
  • TypeScript SDK e2e: pass
  • Rust core e2e: no new failures; watcher tests fail locally with Too many open files from the shared host, unrelated
  • packages/ts/e2e-attestations/<branch>.json receipt written
  • Command(s) run: just e2e-attest-ts; testing-conventions e2e attest on the python subset above
  • Result summary: Both receipts attested.
