test: Test the repository-azure plugin

Description

Add the integration test repository-azure-plugin which tests the repository-azure plugin added in stackabletech/docker-images#1689.

Azurite is installed to emulate an Azure Blob Storage. OpenSearch is configured to use it as a remote-backed storage.
