Add the repository-azure plugin to the OpenSearch image

TIP: Running integration tests with a new product image

The image can be built and uploaded to the kind cluster with the following commands:

boil build <IMAGE> --image-version <RELEASE_VERSION> --strip-architecture --load
kind load docker-image <MANIFEST_URI> --name=<name-of-your-test-cluster>

See the output of boil to retrieve the image manifest URI for <MANIFEST_URI>.

Any idea why the hashes changed in existing patches?

I changed the CycloneDX patch which is in the middle of the patch series, so everything after it got rebased. A commit's hash covers its parent as well as its own content, so once that commit changed, every later commit got a new hash. The patches themselves are unchanged.
