feat(docs): Add Indonesian README translation

Summary

• Adds docs/translations/README.id.md — full Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) translation of the main README
• Updates the language switcher in README.md and all 22 existing translation files to link the new locale

Translation notes

• Keeps taint in Latin script (per Hindi review feedback)
• Uses lebih cepat daripada kemampuan tim keamanan untuk mengikutinya for the AI outpacing security teams sentence (not an equality comparison)
• Uses menggerakkan for agents drive and mengorkestrasi for appsec-agent orchestration
• Uses pencocok pola AST for AST-pattern matchers
• All install/usage code blocks unchanged (copy-paste safe)

Test plan

• Open docs/translations/README.id.md and verify formatting, asset paths (../../logos/, ../../docs/), and internal links
• Confirm the language bar shows Bahasa Indonesia on the English README and on other translated READMEs
• Verify badge links and code blocks match the English README structure
