feat(docs): Add Swedish README translation

Summary

• Adds docs/translations/README.sv.md — full Swedish (Svenska) translation of the main README
• Updates the language switcher in README.md and all 22 existing translation files to link the new locale

Translation notes

• Keeps taint in Latin script (consistent with Nordic translations and Hindi review feedback)
• Uses snabbare än säkerhetsteam hinner med for the AI outpacing security teams sentence (not an equality comparison)
• Preserves orkestrerar for appsec-agent orchestration
• All install/usage code blocks unchanged (copy-paste safe)

Test plan

• Open docs/translations/README.sv.md and verify formatting, asset paths (../../logos/, ../../docs/), and internal links
• Confirm the language bar shows Svenska on the English README and on other translated READMEs
• Verify badge links and code blocks match the English README structure

Inconsistent/misspelled rendering of "inter-procedural" — the same term appears three different ways:

• README.sv.md:108 → inter-procedural (untranslated English form)
• README.sv.md:112 → inter-proceduralla — misspelled (double-l, wrong vowel)
• README.sv.md:117 → inter-procedurall — also non-standard

Standard Swedish is interprocedurell (base, en-gender: en interprocedurell motor) / interprocedurella (definite/plural). At minimum these three should match; proceduralla is an outright spelling error.

Thanks @misonijnik — fixed all three occurrences to use standard Swedish:

• line 108: interprocedurell (en interprocedurell taint-motor)
• line 112: interprocedurella (den djupare, interprocedurella analysen)
• line 117: interprocedurell (en interprocedurell dataflödesmotor)

Also rebased onto latest main (includes #237 Bahasa Indonesia) and resolved language-bar conflicts so Svenska and Bahasa Indonesia both appear in every README switcher.

Should be mergeable now.
