The bundle commit pushed with GITHUB_TOKEN created pull_request runs of CI and the Dependabot bundle workflow that waited for maintainer approval (seen on #41). Its message now skips them; CI still runs through workflow_dispatch. CONTRIBUTING notes that Dependabot stops rebasing a pull request once the workflow has pushed to it.
