Memgraph's C client library bindings. setup.py cmake-builds the vendored mgclient submodule and links it into the mgclient._mgclient extension. Upstream always statically links a hand-built OpenSSL from their own manylinux_2_34 image; the riscv64 image carries no static OpenSSL archives, so link the image's openssl-devel dynamically instead (PYMGCLIENT_STATIC_OPENSSL=0) and widen license-files to cover the notice auditwheel vendors alongside it. Tests run without a live Memgraph server: arg validation, a refused-connection TransientError, and the exception hierarchy.

pymgclient1.6.0Compiles Memgraph's C client library (the
mgclientsubmodule) via CMake and links it statically into themgclient._mgclientCPython extension. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.Mirrors upstream's
reusable_buildtest.yml.Differs from upstream
dnf install openssl-devel- upstream's static OpenSSL is hand-built into their own x86_64/aarch64 image, which the riscv64 image doesn't carry.Testing
TransientError, exception hierarchy); the rest need a Docker Memgraph sidecar like upstream's.License: Wheel bundles OpenSSL (Apache-2.0) from the build image; upstream ships no licence text for it when linked this way, so the build adds one.
Patches
0001-Widen-license-files-to-cover-the-bundled-OpenSSL-no.patch- Inappropriate (only relevant to this dynamic-link build). Without it the OpenSSL licence notice is silently dropped from the wheel. Reproduces on riscv64 only.Built and tested locally (x86_64 rehearsal, dynamic OpenSSL); 3 passed, 0 skipped.
