The v13 manual is missing the class-inheritance guide added to master in #1462.
Port the JavaScript implementation, ReScript bindings, coercion and interface guidance, and the type-alias cross-link. Both documentation files match the merged master guide.
Validation on the v13 branch: both pages pass the documentation compiler/generated-output checks, MDX compilation, formatting, and link validation.
