…Options (#64681) Port microsoft/TypeScript#64681 (c0ca4744c), Go N' 3e9236361fa9: ProjectResponse (api/proto.go:1032) loses the deprecated rootFiles and compilerOptions; clients read parsedCommandLine.fileNames and parsedCommandLine.options. NewProjectResponse (:1068) no longer fills them. formatNodeForInsertion moves to the language service methods: the method constant, its unmarshaler entry (:594), its params (:1587) and its HandleRequest case (api/session.go:868) move after getCompletionsAtPosition, as in Go. Tests: TestCreateSnapshotCreatesPrograms and TestUpdateSnapshotReconfiguresSyntheticProgram read the parsed command line (Go session_createprogram_test.go:78-80, :173-174). The port-only raw options tests read the options there too, and the project JSON of create_snapshot_drops_raw_plugin_names is the Go N' probe output (json.Marshal of Projects[0] has no rootFiles and compilerOptions). - import the TypeScript API from `typescript7/{ast,sync,proto}`, the release
dropped the `/unstable` prefix (microsoft/TypeScript#64681)
- the forked tsc is rebased onto the same upstream commit (aa8149273b)
