When SDL_syswm.h pulls in <windows.h> (WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN), WINAPI is defined so our fallback protos are skipped, but the COM headers are excluded too: CoTaskMemFree/CreateStreamOnHGlobal/GetHGlobalFromStream become implicit declarations, which mingw GCC 14 treats as errors (seen on #216/#217 windows jobs). Include <objbase.h> in that branch.
