What this changes

This PR takes the two parts of #75 that #76 did not cover and rebuilds them on top of #76's code. Packing, the hover grace period and the removal of the draw-in stay as #76 made them. #75 will be closed.

  • The toggles move into a bar above the drawing. Relations, publishing bodies, view and maturity sit side by side, with the count and Reset under a rule. The drawing now gets the full page width, so node labels render at close to their set size instead of about three quarters of it. Below 60rem the groups in the bar wrap. Below 40rem nothing changes: the outline replaces the drawing.
  • The hover card floats beside its node. It sits to the right of the node, or to the left where the frame ends, and never below the frame. It is absolutely positioned with pointer-events: none, so it cannot steal the hover or move the drawing. It stays hidden until a node is hovered or focused, and it was already an enhancement that needs JavaScript.
  • Tests: the hover test now also checks that the card sits beside the node and takes no pointer events. The gap test scrolls its pair of nodes into view before it measures them, because the drawing now starts lower on the page.
  • tasks.md gets R-13.

Before and after screenshots (desktop light and dark, hover, 900 px) are in the project files under review/map-width/.

Code checklist

  • pnpm check passes.
  • Pages still read fully without JavaScript. The filters still work through :has().
  • Both themes checked; screenshots updated only for intended changes. The standards-* baselines need a refresh through the refresh-screenshots label. Locally, every other test in standards.spec.ts passes, axe included. Only the screenshot comparisons fail, and they fail on main too because the local Chromium differs from the one CI pins.

…de the node

Carries over the two parts of #75 that #76 did not cover.

- The rail of toggles becomes a bar above the drawing (relations, bodies,
view and maturity side by side, the count and Reset under a rule), so
the drawing takes the full page width and its labels render near their
set size. Below 60rem the bar's groups wrap.
- The card of the hovered or focused node floats beside that node, right
of it or left where the frame ends, absolutely positioned with
pointer-events: none so it cannot steal the hover or move the drawing.
- e2e: the hover test checks the card sits beside the node and takes no
pointer events; the gap test scrolls its pair into view first, since the
drawing now starts lower on the page.
