chore: raise the Node pin to 22.23.4 - #274

Latest patch in the 22 LTS line. The pin has to stay (Pages ignores NODE_VERSION and falls back to its image default 22.16.0, which Astro 7.4 refuses), so keep it current: 22.23.4 also clears the >=22.23.4 floor that Astro 7.4.2 introduced.

Supersedes #273. Unpinning turned out to be impossible on Pages: the build ignores
NODE_VERSIONfrom the project settings entirely (verified in three build logs: unset,22,22.22and22.22.3all ran the build image's default Node 22.16.0, which Astro 7.4 refuses). Only.node-versionsteers the build Node.So the pin stays, but raised from 22.22.3 to 22.23.4, the latest patch in the 22 LTS line (Jod). Bonus: 22.23.4 also clears the
>=22.23.4floor that Astro 7.4.2 introduced, so the next Astro patch bump won't break on Node version.
