ci(release): generate changelog and release notes with Opus 5.5 - #9

Conversation
The release job's changelog and release-notes steps, and the CI fallback that regenerates notes when the artifact is missing, pinned claude-opus-5. They now use claude-opus-5-5, the current Opus. The provider code already treats every claude-opus-5 model the same way (explicit adaptive thinking and effort), so Opus 5.5's lower default effort does not change what these steps request. git-iris's own release pipeline still generated its changelog and release notes with
claude-opus-5. This moves all three release-path steps toclaude-opus-5-5, the current Opus: the changelog and release-notes steps inrelease.yml, and the fallback incicd.ymlthat regenerates notes when the release-notes artifact is missing. No provider code changes are needed.
src/agents/provider.rsalready matches the wholeclaude-opus-5prefix and sends explicit adaptive thinking plus an effort level. Opus 5.5 defaults tomediumeffort where Opus 5 defaulted tohigh, but because these steps always send an explicit effort, the requests they make don't change. The product's default Anthropic model (claude-opus-5insrc/providers.rs) is untouched here.🧪 Validation
actionlintreports nothing above info level on either workflow. The changed steps only run during a release, so the first real exercise will be the next release run.Summary by CodeRabbit
