Replaces #608. That branch is far behind
main, so this PR redoes its changes on top of the currentmain.Adds a README guide for running Classroom with a local FCC Proper, and a test for a student who revoked consent.
Changes Made:
README.md: adds "Test with a local FCC Proper". It shows how to set up both apps, test the join flow (get-user-id), and test the dashboard data (get-user-data). The steps use the current commands and the seed users, so you do not need Auth0 for Classroom or role changes in Prisma Studio.__tests__/utils/fccApi.test.ts: when the API response leaves out a student's fCC user ID because the student revoked consent,fetchClassroomStudentDatadrops that student and keeps the others.No app code changes. On Node 26,
pnpm test(325 tests) passes.
