Release compiler 0.4.2 with native 0.1.1 and tools 0.0.4 so capability claims and independently installed API parity agree.

Python compiles multiple source documents, but extension 0.4.1 omits
frontend.multiDocument. Hosts that enforce the advertised source-count contract therefore correctly refuse multi-module requests.Set
multi_document: trueand require the claim in bundle qualification. Regression checks cover serialized claims, initialized/live native protocol agreement, and two-module local imports through IR 3/4 round trips. Bundle parity now refuses a different API compiler version and records the native/compiler versions in its receipt.Prepare extension 0.4.2 with matching compiler API packages
morphir-python-native==0.1.1andmorphir-python==0.1.0. The tools promotion gate also requires coremorphir==0.1.0because main has codec changes newer than PyPI 0.0.2. The maintainer explicitly approved this required companion release. The SDK default, canonical packager and digest-pinned reference host remain unchanged.Validation: red regression reproduced against 0.4.1; 42 focused Python tests pass;
mise run checkpasses. Full Rust, canonical bundle, independent Cargo consumer, native source-archive build, clean installs without Rust, and release qualification pass locally. Final-version checks and installed API parity also pass. CI validates the final head before merge. Maintainer authorized normal landing and corrected releases, without admin bypass.Tracked as morphir-ukvn.5.98.5 under morphir-ukvn.5.98; related morphir-ukvn.9. The separate documentation workspace is untouched.
