…#239 blocked on a ROADMAP conflict (@orchestrator) Morning check of the unattended window 2026-10-12 20:48:46 to 2026-10-13 05:22:16 UTC (windows.jsonl). - Idle 23:07 to 05:22, 6 h 14 min (73 %), third night running. Partly avoidable: the night was sized at "about 8 hours" and took 2 h 19 min; no ruled pick from the audit list was asked for before Ola left; the ROADMAP merge for #239 was an ungoverned task left undone. - Guards: two false positives (gh api graphql read as a forge write; a compound scratchpad command the parser could not read), handled per the rules. The cite gate's governed step and push were held correctly. - #239 left the queue at 21:03:56 when #240 merged; it conflicts with master in ROADMAP.md (git merge-tree), so session.md's "green, CLEAN" is stale and a re-enqueue alone will fail. The first watcher's autoMergeRequest test was wrong; caught before reported. - #241 pushed with no review round 2 after CHANGES REQUESTED, and on a yes from before the 00:03 compaction.
