Merged

…erged, 26a queued, the night of 2026-10-11/12 (@orchestrator) Post-merge check of #229 (increment 35, land-cover clean-up speed-up), #231 (increment 36, GeoPackage output), #230 (README, INSTALL, DTM10 fetcher note) and the queued #232 (increment 26a, MapBiomas catalogue and class windows), plus the morning-after check for the away window 19:52Z to 04:40Z. Sources: git log, the increment files, gh pr view, tools/count_loc.py run on each merge's parents, the harness queue and window files, the hook code, docs/benchmarks/2026-10-11/. No transcript was available; nothing rebuilt or re-run. Pipeline: step order held on all four items; every red commit touches only tests/, every green commit no test file; @Perf before code review; review records one paragraph per round with full-path pinned citations. LOC by count_loc.py: 35 23 net, 36 378 net, docs 0, 26a 163 net. Deviations: D1 five recording commits by the main session carried the reviewer's wording fixes into design bodies, ROADMAP rows and INSTALL.md (7218dfb, 60e553d, 315a627, 7053d79, c771325), beyond the 2026-10-07 recording ruling; D2 54cd575's subject claimed a ROADMAP row the commit did not contain (f51f0a1 added it a minute later); D3 7085ddd added one untested behaviour line (the stale .part unlink in cli.py); D5 35 designed for the short path and run on the full path, which found the M1 kill misattribution; D6 README/INSTALL/docs/research still have no named owner; D7 @tester checked a design's currency. Night: idle 7 h 25 of 8 h 49 after 1203bbf at 21:15Z, three finished PRs waiting on a push; same stop as the night before. One guard refusal, in the afternoon window, correct and correctly handled (an amend refused, the fix re-committed as a new commit). No guard false positive. session.md at 91 lines against the three-line rule, trimmed this morning. The 2026-10-11 proposals: A1 applied this morning; B1, P2, P3 not applied (governed files, product items filled the cap by day). Lead times: 35 1 h 50 design to merge; 36 11 h 06 (73 % waiting); docs 8 h 30 (98 %); 26a open. Rule text 10 935 words, +51 since the last retrospective, +1 162 since the 2026-10-03 baseline of 9 773 (like for like +944); one new cut of about 70 words in REQUIRED-READING's guard_governance sentence, plus the carried -85 of CLAUDE.md. Nine persona lessons recorded and judged; the weekly ideas-file check lists five stale entries. Six proposals, P1 to P6. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
