Prepares the first tagged release, v0.1.0, and documents how to cut the next one, matching the Android and Swift SDKs' /release commands.

Design

• No registry publish: UPM installs via git URL, so the tag is the release. The command enforces v + package.json#version, per Docs~/plans/publishing.md Phase 1.
• Release notes come from CHANGELOG.md rather than --generate-notes, since the changelog is the curated record.
• The bump goes through a PR because main requires the Lint, typecheck, test (no Unity) status check. The Android and Swift commands push to main directly.
• package.json is already 0.1.0, so only the changelog changes for this release.

Not in scope

Docs~/plans/publishing.md also lists adding a repository field to package.json for v0.1.0. It is not needed for the git-URL channel and is left for a follow-up.

Test plan and verification

• Ran the command's awk notes extraction against this CHANGELOG.md: it returns the 0.1.0 section without the trailing link references.
• main CI (Lint, Unity Edit Mode tests, Integration tests) is green at 68ca33f. This PR touches only **.md and .claude/**, which the Unity and integration workflows ignore.
