Why

The .NET template now owns its validation, and the former shared workflow has no remaining product consumers. Keeping that unused export leaves duplicate automation and outdated guidance.

What

Remove the retired export while retaining the shared test action, three-platform coverage and existing credential safeguards. Products keep their own validation and branch requirements.

Part of #703

💥 Breaking change: new releases no longer include the retired .NET workflow; existing pinned releases remain available.

Closing this duplicate in favor of #708, which carries the native fixture implementation for #703. I compared both current heads; #707's unique restoration safeguard and catalogue guidance changes are preserved on #703 in the reconciliation note for the surviving delivery to reconcile before completion.
