The onboarding provider picker no longer preselects a provider; the person chooses, and Connect stays disabled until they do. Ollama is not the default.
Not included (follow-up): OpenCode Zen/Go, OpenRouter, Custom OpenAI-compatible kinds and the post-connect models list. They need base URLs/model discovery not present in the stock provider types here, so this PR keeps to the no-default change.
