Updates every remaining importer (apps/hub, apps/web, packages/chat, packages/onboarding, packages/provider-pricing, packages/inference-settings, packages/mocks, scripts/e2e), then deletespackages/hub-cliententirely along with its tsconfig references and workspace entries. Fixes a latenttsconfig.json/tsconfig.src.jsondrift bug ingenerate-tsconfig-references.ts's legacy-fallback path, exposed by this restructuring (three packages losing composite status left a danglingextends).Resolves CL-7383
