Libraries a host shares with this package are peers, so a host ends up with one hono-openapi and its route descriptions merge into the host's OpenAPI document. arktype, the only private dependency, takes a caret range. The @intx/types 0.4 floor already guarantees isRunAddress, and the drizzle-orm override is redundant with the peer range. Closes CL-9247, CL-9251, CL-9253.

Summary
hono-openapiis a caret peer with a dev pin, so route descriptions merge into the host's OpenAPI doc. Its own peers move to devDependencies.@intx/*peers are^0.4.0.dependenciesholds onlyarktype ^2.2.3.@intx/cryptowas never imported, so it is removed.overridesblock andcorbits.minimumIntxVersionare removed.
