Self-review: the branch went through two independent review passes, and every finding is fixed. Two findings were waived after a senior ruling: the README stays stale on #37 until #38 lands, and the default resolver has no null guard because TenantEnv guarantees tenant and principal. Build, typecheck and 171 tests pass against real Postgres.

A host following the example on an empty database must get working routes without a context cast. The quickstart opens the handle, migrates, mounts createMailboxRoutes and closes on SIGTERM; it compiles against the package's types once the host's own values are declared. Install is one npm line, and every route is listed. Closes CL-9201, CL-9203, CL-9212, CL-9223.
