This adds a short Ecosystem section to the README, just above Status. It has a table of the four projects (dynavec, dynaflow, dynalogs and dynaevals) with each one's tagline, a one-line description and its current status, followed by a link to the roadmap.
The roadmap doc (#314) and the ecosystem docs page (#312) haven't been added yet, so for now the roadmap link points to the epic #276 and each row links to its own epic (#273 to #275). I can switch the links over once those are merged.
I took the statuses from the epic descriptions. Let me know if any of them should be worded differently.
