Docs: ecosystem overview page in the docs site

Context

Add an "Ecosystem" page to the generated docs site (via tools/build_docs.py NAV/PAGES) covering the four pillars, how they fit together, and the phased roadmap. Do not hand-edit generated HTML.

Scope

• Add NAV + PAGES entry for an Ecosystem page in tools/build_docs.py
• Cover the four pillars + how-they-fit-together + phased roadmap
• Regenerate docs and commit the generated HTML
• Cross-link from release-notes / index

Acceptance criteria

• python tools/build_docs.py produces the new page
• Page is linked in the docs nav
• Content matches the roadmap

My plan:

Add an "Ecosystem" entry to NAV and PAGES in tools/build_docs.py
Write the page content: the four pillars (dynavec, dynaflow, dynalogs, dynaevals), how they fit together, and the phased roadmap
Regenerate the docs with python tools/build_docs.py and commit the generated HTML. I won't edit the HTML by hand.

One question: docs/roadmap.md isn't in the repo yet (that's #314). Should I base the content on the epics (#273–#276), or is there a roadmap document I should use?
