bazelbuild/bazel#31211 renames gen_mdx_reference_docs to gen_reference_docs. Build whichever target the checked-out upstream defines, so the workflow works both before and after the submodule picks up the rename. The output zip name is unchanged.

Companion to the upstream rename of mdx-reference-docs.zip to reference-docs.zip. Upload and extract whichever file the build produced, so the workflow works before and after the submodule picks up the rename.

Related to bazelbuild/bazel#31211. Companion to the draft bazelbuild/bazel#31269, which renames the upstream output
mdx-reference-docs.ziptoreference-docs.zip.pull-from-bazel-build.ymlnow accept either zip name. They preferreference-docs.zipand fall back tomdx-reference-docs.zip, so the workflow works whichever commit theupstreamsubmodule is pinned to.This is a draft that depends on #777. It's stacked on that branch, so the diff also shows #777's commit. I'll rebase once #777 merges. Only the last commit, "Accept renamed reference-docs.zip output", belongs to this PR.
Possible follow-up:
//scripts/docs:gen_mdx_release_docsupstream also still hasmdxin its name. It isn't referenced in this repo, so nothing would need to change here if it gets renamed.Related PRs
