getting-started: document flashing SpacemiT boards with TitanFlasher - #1699
Document how SpacemiT boards are flashed when the bootloader lives in SPI NOR flash. These boards may not boot from removable media, so the image is written to the UFS storage with SpacemiT's TitanFlasher over USB.
The new section in Writing the image covers:
splitting the Armbian image into bootfs and rootfs partition images
loading the vendor firmware package in TitanFlasher and replacing only those two partitions,
keeping the SPI NOR bootloader in place, and restoring it only when the vendor firmware must be updated,
the 4 KiB sector requirement of the UFS.
Two screenshots show the TitanFlasher partition list and the partition file dialog.
The section is written for SpacemiT boards in general the Firefly AIBOX-K3 is used as the example.
- Describe the vendor tool flow used by boards whose bootloader lives in
SPI NOR: prepare the vendor firmware, replace the bootfs and rootfs
partitions with an Armbian image, and keep the other partitions only
when the vendor bootloader must be restored.
The getting-started guide adds instructions for flashing an AIBOX-K3 image to UFS with TitanTools and TitanFlasher. It documents partition offsets and extraction commands, MaskRom mode, optional vendor bootloader restoration, and the 4 KiB sector requirement. The change also removes trailing whitespace from the introduction.
The new flashing section has a malformed code fence. The TitanFlasher steps and the rest of the page render as one code block, so they are hard to follow. Replace the fence with a plain closing fence before merging.

Close the fenced code block correctly.
```pa is not a valid closing fence. The pa suffix can cause the remaining flashing instructions and navigation to render as code. Replace it with a plain closing fence.
