This PR updates the French (fr-FR) localization resource dictionary to align with the latest upstream translation submission (referenced in #116), including new/updated UI strings and recently added keys.
Changes:
- Added new French strings for newly introduced UI keys (e.g., language-compare tooltip, missing label, LightGray theme).
- Updated several existing French strings to match new en-US formatting requirements (e.g.,
