Root cause\nCI runs without an Obsidian API server. Concurrent session-end tests expected an HTTP status, but the client correctly reports ECONNREFUSED as a transport failure.\n\n## Fix\nAssert the stable contract: independent note paths, sessionSaveError, and needsTriage.\n\n## Verification\n40 repository tests pass locally; hooks and scripts suites pass.
