Adds matching C implementations for 52 previously undecompiled PAL resident game functions (9,408 bytes). The batch covers menu state updates, inventory checks, resource lookup and typed dispatch, callback maps, buffered data ranges, command packets, and grouped flag updates. Interfaces were reviewed against retail callers and callees, including forwarded arguments, callback signatures, output pointers, floating-point inputs and returns, and 64-bit packet values. Hash entries use typed key/value members, and dynamic table indexing avoids unsupported array bounds.

Adds 52 PAL match rows and corresponding US other rows while preserving all existing entries and their order. PAL matched code increases from 464,252 to 473,660 bytes (7.986549% to 8.148395%), and matched functions from 5,855 to 5,907. The US progress report is unchanged.

Validation:

• Rebuilt all 52 final translation units through the unchanged tools/cc.sh pipeline and compared them at their direct PAL catalogue addresses: 52/52 MATCH.
• Independently resolved all 378 text relocation entries against PAL retail, including call targets, function pointers, HI16/LO16 addresses and GP-relative references. Checked locally defined small-data initializers against retail; PAL GP was derived from startup code.
• Both versions' progress/source-map checks pass. Verified the exact PAL function/byte increase, unchanged US report, preservation of existing map rows, and that staged C source hashes equal the audited sources.

This validation covers the added translation units and their matching metadata. A full repository rebuild, US disc audit, linked game build and runtime test were not run. No compiler-pipeline changes, disc data, extracted binaries or assembly listings are included.
