The fork's cuda-13-4 branch (pinned by commit) accepts the major.minor pins and installs the 13.4 series, which upstream cannot do yet (Jimver/cuda-toolkit#448, #449).

The fork's v0.2.36-myl7.1 tag, an append-only ref protected against deletion and rewrites, accepts the major.minor pins and installs the 13.4 series, which upstream cannot do yet (Jimver/cuda-toolkit#448, #449).
