Ports the coverage-map-v2 REHOME rows whose 1.6 home needs the llm door linked in the root (the driver-proofs row), each under its legacy name with the map's figures and a RED line: on_driver/seam (213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 279, 311, 317, 622, 625, 659, 662, 727, 728), on_driver/projection (254, 264, 271, 273, 492), on_driver/held (623, 624), on_driver/refusals (743, 744, 746, the root binary's driver-and-plane cases), root declared_credentials (78). The hook parity rig gains the deployment's declared signals. Tests only; not run locally.

…eversing an unbounded zip; PB-29 cites its four tests by path; the deleted cold lane's paths are declared to qa-names - plugin-loader dispatch worker: zip(0u32..) is not double-ended, so the free list is collected and reversed (lowest index popped first, as before). Compile red on every check (#1018). - qa/design-bindings.json, qa/DESIGN-BINDINGS.md: PB-29's four 503-literal tests are declared in both busbar-llm and busbar-plane-llm's on_driver seam (#912's rehome), so each is cited as path::name. - xtask abi_freeze CONDEMNED and one_memory_abi COLD_HOME keep naming abi/cold after #961 deleted it; each carries its qa-names declaration.

…ippy build named (bundle of d543b25) - busbar-kernel tests: the rehomed lane-caps cells (#912) and the tenant merge cell read the resolved entry's table through LegacyLaneKeys, as #957's resolved provider carries the plane keys (E0599 lane_caps_for x15, E0609 organization/project x3). - busbar-core-connector tests: the wake closures take (instance, ticket) (ConnWake since #1018, E0593 x3); the datagram head piece states fault/declared_len (E0063). - busbar-plane-llm tests/conformance.rs: hydrate and start are the plane kind's slots (E0425). - busbar-contract tests/object_safety.rs: StreamId is no longer imported (unused since #932). - voice-conformance harness twilio_legs: std::slice::from_ref (clippy cloned_ref_to_slice_refs).

…redev, by cause - cap_perf_streams_2000 (#1039 made the llm door the default path): every piece of an admitted unit took an instance max_inflight unit on worker 0, so 2000 stream endings overflowed the door's cap and the refused pieces cut answered streams. plugin-loader: Dispatcher::submit_unit (an admitted unit's on_piece/serve hold no max_inflight unit, as driver-ticket ops do; spec A.4.1, one ticket per unit reused for its ops); PlaneInstance spreads unit tickets over the dispatcher's workers (one slab per instance and worker); a session's two legs mint on one worker (PlaneCalls::mint_beside). - #958 (bedrock over-budget = 429 ThrottlingException, accepted difference C-22): exchange_refuse x2, on_driver refusals, plane_node bedrock fixture, pools_door spent-budget x2 and governance. - llm door projection reads bedrock inferenceConfig.maxTokens where the top-level cap is absent (#912's on_driver pin, now that the door serves by default, #824). - on_driver seam: a hook veto ends the route leg Failed(Route, HookVeto) as the kernel pins; the completion tap carries no response_tokens_out, as 1.5.5 (#919's test change only). - kernel config_validate: the unknown-protocol list names each dialect once (cli_validate x2). - root model_egress: the far end's RecordNothing is the caller's fault, counted in observe (the one call it records through). - kernel secret_refs: SpawnEnv inventoried (#865); plugin-loader: the forged-ticket latch test reaches its 16th forgery, the dispatch fixture's stale wakes use the tickets it was handed (#1018). - xtask: posture case reads construction figures (fixfwd-2 emptied structure-lint's); reachability selftest's name-only case uses busbar-plane-llm; segregation SRC_FLOOR follows xtask/src's growth (a floor, stricter); conformance_rigs counts 18 suites (#885). - busbar-plane-llm dialect.rs: every dialect states its `protocol` param (the auth-header plugin's no-header line reads it), with the fixture's families/own/passthrough.

Row 155, F25 REHOME (coverage map v2). This PR covers the rows whose 1.6 home needs the llm door linked in the root. It is based on #824 (
lane-p3-llm-default), becauselinked_driver_proofscompiles the on_driver cases into the root'shook_parity_driverbinary there. Each test keeps its legacy name, the map's figures, and a RED line. The changes are tests only.Rows
tests/file. That file would have to name the plane and its dialects, and law0 counts both, so they are compiled into the root test binary from the plane's driver-proofs directory instead. That is the same binary, with the kernel driver and the plane's rows linked together.dialect_auth, sealed throughsealed_settings. Test twins are no longer used for this check.Hooks.requested(the deployment's declared signals), which row 728 needs.Not run locally. Per queue rules there was no cargo build or test on the laptop. RED-able (suspected live bugs)
completion_tap_carries_response_tokens_out_when_declared: the driver's response tap always hands an emptySignalBag(busbar-kernel/src/plane_driver/hooks/mod.rsresponse_tap, around l.1759). Nothing in the kernel computesresponse_tokens_out, so the declared case is expected red.completion_tap_fires_once_on_the_walk_and_never_on_a_pre_forward_refusal: red if the driver fires a synthetic completion tap on a pre-forwardNoDestinationrefusal, or does not answer it 404.the_first_veto_wins_and_nothing_after_it_is_consulted: seated on the ordered rewrite seats. Decision gates fan out together (join_all), so they cannot carry this property.
