This change enables lsp-kit to zig build using 0.17.0 proper.

I fixed the compile error in 0a6d6a8. The failing formatting check in CI is addressed in cb169a8. It is intentional to exclude the examples subdirectory as it's not meant to be used by packages that depend on lsp-kit. Did you fetch this repository from scratch or use it through the ./zig-pkg subdirectory? The latter doesn't guarantee to successfully run zig build because of this.
