docs: roadmap leads with the C ABI, the app engine and Windows Notary - #49

Conversation
The roadmap now opens with a C ABI and Swift package, Notary for Windows, deed mcp, an app engine extracted from Plaza, new small apps on it, Plaza 1.0 and an Android proof of concept. The C-ABI/mobile and Plaza-and-Notary-for-Windows entries are gone from the list of things this does not do, and the ecosystem and Notary pages no longer say new work lands only inside the existing apps.

The roadmap listed C-ABI bindings, mobile, and Plaza and Notary for Windows under what it deliberately does not do. That is no longer the direction.
deed mcp, an app engine extracted from Plaza (no views, no UI templates), new small apps and Plaza 1.0, and an Android proof of concept. The existing Plaza feature sections follow.npm run buildpasses.
