메이저 판(1.15.0 → 2.1.0) 검토 — 우리 호출에 닿는 변화 없음 · 머지 가능

두 wheel 을 내려받아 소스를 비교했다(pip download --no-deps → diff -r).

바이트 동일 — 재시도·미들웨어·예외 분류가 사는 곳

_base_client.py · _middleware.py · _exceptions.py · _utils/ · types/stop_reason.py 는 두 판이 같다.
→ 재시도 판정·Retry-After 읽기·backoff, _RetryAfterCap(request.retries_taken · response.http_response · 헤더 재작성), isinstance(exc, anthropic.APIStatusError / APIError) 가 그대로다. #1706 §5 트리거(_base_client 의 CancelledError·ExceptionGroup)도 같은 파일이라 변화 없음.

2.1.0 → 2.3.0 추가 검토 — Dependabot 이 rebase 하며 대상을 바꿨다

두 wheel 을 zip 으로만 읽어 비교했다(실행 없음).
