I cannot get mangaTranslatorOCR to work with my 5080 gpu

I get the following error

i tried updating pytorch to CUDA 12.8 but still cant get it to work

The packaged Python version (3.8.10) is too old. You need to use at least Python 3.10 and PyTorch 2.7.0.

The manual installation is complex. ImageTrans already has the most functions of manga translator OCR built-in. You can skip it if GPU acceleration is not really needed.
