* chore(examples): install sass as a dev dependency Sass is only needed when Next.js builds the app, which is how the Next.js docs install it. Listing it as a production dependency in the getting-started example made Dependabot title every sass bump with the releasable deps: prefix, even though @faustwp/core only uses it in development. * chore: note in the Dependabot config why build tools stay dev dependencies Sass bumps in #2691 and #2711 got the deps: prefix because the getting-started example listed sass as a production dependency.
