Brings the English wolfSSL JNI/JSSE manual (wolfSSL-JNI/src/) up to date with the 1.17.0, 1.18.0, and 1.19.0 releases.

Corrections

• Remove jdk.tls.ephemeralDHKeySize (no longer read as of 1.19.0) and jdk.tls.server.enableSessionTicketExtension (never used)
• java.sh now wraps the Makefile instead of calling gcc directly
• Update Android steps (adb push to /data/local/tmp, autogen.sh step), Maven version, and JPMS module wording
• Update ant test sample output to the per-method timing format

Additions

• Makefile build targets and options, plus Java 9+ modular JAR and jlink usage
• Post-quantum ML-KEM named groups and ML-DSA certificates, and named group precedence
• JSSE-level PSK through WolfSSLParameters
• FIPS usage with wolfJCE (wolfjsse.skipFIPSCAST) and wolfssl.skipLibraryLoad
• New properties (jdk.tls.namedGroups, wolfjsse.skipFIPSCAST, wolfssl.skipLibraryLoad) and ByteBuffer pool defaults
• Optional native wolfSSL configure options table
• New examples: PSK, DualProviderFIPSTest, and post-quantum options for ServerJSSE/ClientJSSE
• Android 16 KB page alignment and Gradle dependency verification notes

Other

• Widen property columns in the Chapter 7 tables so long names no longer overlap in the PDF
