Replaces the `@astrojs/cloudflare` adapter with `@wix/astro-wix-hosting-adapter@^2.0.0`, which wraps it and is the supported hosting adapter for Wix CLI apps, across all 7 templates. `@astrojs/cloudflare` is dropped from devDependencies — the new adapter depends on it directly. The `@wix/astro` floor moves to `^2.39.0`, the first version with the `wix:build:metadata` hook the adapter uses to request `generateAppDeploymentGroupId`.
